Denise Almaraz

A 30-year veteran of AFBA, she has worked various roles, as Exec Assistant in the Executive Office, supervising Business Operations, to managing IT/Web Operations as IT Director where she was instrumental in automating and streamlining operational processes. For the past 10 years, she has served in her current role overseeing agent operations and supporting agents in the active duty, first responder, and Federal government markets.  She holds a BS degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
